ISLAMABAD – Federal Minister for Interior Affairs Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan on Friday took notice of non-payment of salaries to officials of Passport and Immigration Department posted abroad for last four months.
He directed secretary interior to approach secretary finance for resolution of this issue permanently. In a statement issued here, he said how officials posted abroad can perform their duties in an efficient manner without their salaries.
